Look up a report.
Scan the code on a Veritalys certificate, or type its number below. There is no directory to browse: a result is reachable only by its own number. If a number does not resolve, no such report was issued by us.
How checking a report works
Every Veritalys certificate carries a report number in its top right corner. It starts with VT- followed by 7 letters and digits, for example VT-7K2M9QF. Page 1 also carries a QR code that opens this page with the number already filled in.
The record shown here is the one the certificate was generated from: the compound, the batch, every result, the dates and, where the laboratory supplied one, its peak table. If any field on a document differs from this record, the document has been altered.
A batch number or a laboratory's own reference will not work here. Only the VT- number printed on the certificate opens its record.
Why there is no database to search
Results are private. Nothing is listed, indexed or browsable, so a report opens only for someone who holds its number. The customer decides who gets it. Lookups are free and need no account, and everyone who holds the number sees exactly the same record.
