What a Veritalys certificate looks like
This is a complete Veritalys certificate for a BPC-157 full panel, made with the same template every customer receives. The data is an example and every page is stamped SAMPLE. Real results and specifications depend on the compound, the panel and the laboratory.

Page 1: the results

- Report number, top right. VT- followed by 7 letters and digits. This is the number anyone can type on the verify page.
- Compound, declared content and batch, under the title. The batch is the one you gave at checkout, so the report names the vial you sent.
- Dates. Sample received is the day the laboratory had the vial. Report issued is the day the result was published.
- Submitted by. Whatever name you typed at checkout, or Anonymous submitter.
- Results table. Each row shows the result, the method under the parameter name, the specification it was judged against, and whether it conforms. Content is in milligrams per vial, next to the 10 mg the label declares. Endotoxin is a number in EU per vial, not the word negative.
- Verify this report. The QR code opens the record on veritalys.com. If any field on a document differs from the record, the document was changed.
Page 2: the chromatogram

The chromatogram is drawn from the peak table the laboratory reports. Each peak sits at its measured retention time and is sized to its measured share of total peak area. The table underneath gives the exact numbers. Purity is the main peak's share: 99.31% in this example. How to read a peptide chromatogram explains each part.

Every certificate ends with a plain-language explanation of the tests it carries, and a statement of what it covers: one vial, received on a stated date, carrying a stated batch. Tests you did not order are left out of the explanation.
What changes on a real report
The layout stays the same. The results, specifications and dates are the laboratory's real figures for your vial. The tests shown match the panel you ordered: identity, content and purity only on the first panel, plus endotoxin on the second, plus four microbiology results on the full panel. A real report number opens its record on the verify page. VT-7K2M9QF is the example number, so the verify page tells you it is an example.
